ISO-MAX

The SKG ISO-MAX is a lift designed exclusively for goods, with two standard cabin sizes:

1.00 x 1.40 m (capacity 300kg – 1000kg)

1.275 x 1.50 m (capacity 750kg, 1000kg and 2000kg).

The cabin height can vary from 1.20 to 2.00 m.

The SKG ISO-MAX has several benefits and savings over a similar freight elevator, such as:

• Resistance to corrosion
• Self-standing galvanized steel frame
• Space-efficient installation – compact design
• Minimal shaft pit depth of 200 mm
• No need for a machine room
• Possibility of using the space under the shaft
• Optional easy-to-install steel shaft cover (only for 750 / 1000 / 2000 kg capacity – not fireproof)
• Simple installation
• Lift components packaged together to speed up assembly on site.

STRUCTURE

• Self-supporting steel structure made of cold rolled profiles in galvanized finish.
• Pre-installed with T-guide rails T 45 mm x 5 mm (300kg and 500kg)
• Pre-installed with T-guide rails T 70 mm x 65 mm x 9 mm (750kg and 1000 kg).
• Compensation device on suspension elements.
• With baffle plates.

CABIN

• ‘Cant-off’ system made of galvanized steel. • Adjustable guide shoes on both sides.
• Type tested safety gear.

SWING DOORS

• Manual operated hinged doors made of galvanized steel in accordance to DIN 18090.
• Production controlled by TÜV-authorities.
• Side frames made of galvanized steel.
• Type-tested door locks. • Single- or double-hinged doors possible.

MAINTENANCE DOOR

• Hinged door with sash lock.
• With side frames made of galvanized steel.
• With contact.

DRIVE MACHINE

• Drive unit with standard motor IP 54 and oil filling by factory.
• Disc brake and hand wheel.
• Rotary current 400 V / 50 HZ along IEC

CONTROLLER

• Call- and send control.
• Pre-wired as plug-in system.
• Position indicator at each landing.
