Lift Spare Parts may not be returned to UK Service Lifts for any reason without the prior agreement of UK Service Lifts.

Any Standard Lift Parts ordered and no longer required can be returned, subject to them being in a condition such that they are fit for re-sale. They must be unused, sealed in their original packaging and complete with any manuals, certificates and delivery notes. The return request must be made within 15 business days of the date of delivery and the Purchaser must bear the cost of return delivery.

Any Non-Stock Spare Parts, Software or pre-programmed Spare Parts or specially manufactured products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Return postage remains the responsibility of the Purchaser and UK Service Lifts accept no liability for any loss or damage to returned goods in transit from Purchaser to UK Service Lifts.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that a full or partial refund will be offered. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note issued.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 Nene Court, Enterprise Way, Enterprise Park, Yaxley, Peterborough PE7 3TJ.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The Purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
